    Congratulations!

It is exciting whenever a new child enters a family. Here at Memorial Baptist Church we believe that children are precious gifts from God that He entrust to the parents to love and raise the right way until they come of maturing age to make their own individual spiritual decisions.

We are delighted that you have taken an interest in the Infant Dedication Program here at MBC. We perform Infant Dedication Ceremonies because we believe that dedicating a child to God offers a great occasion where parents can publicly acknowledge God's sovereignty over their lives, express their appreciation and gratitude to God for entrusting them with His gift of a child. Moreover, parents use the dedication ceremony to present their child before God and His people in order to ask for grace and wisdom in carrying out their responsibilities. Parents also come praying that their child will one day choose to be baptized as a believer themselves. Therefore, because of the religious significance of this occasion, we have developed guidelines to assist you in creating an atmosphere that reflects your wishes and also glorifies God. Please contact the Church for more information.
